We FINALLY bought a house!!!!!!

Hey Friends!

You heard it right...the Seager's really did pick a house and the offer was accepted last night!!!! This box I am currently living in can hardly contain my happiness:-) Our move in date is set for August 13-LuCKy 13 baby! The home is just over 3500 s.f. and sits on a beautifully landscaped .57 acre lot with a barn, (Yes-I said a barn!) an apricot tree, and a rose garden. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 basements, and storage for miles. (Couponing & food storage here we come:) When we saw it we both just looked at each other and knew it was the one. It is in Uintah just off Hwy-89 and 6600 south. It is very quiet and spacious and I can hardly wait to have ya'll over for a PaRtY!!! Decisions, Decisions...

So what do you do when you need someone to watch your 6 and 8 year old sweethearts and they want half of your daily earnings to do so? FREAK THE HECK OUT that's what!! Seriously I could totally understand if they were in diapers, and couldn't feed themselves or even if they were potty training, but boy oh boy am I in the wrong business b/c it's just so stressful.

So here is the question of the day...do I quit my job and stay home with the girls for the summer? If I do that, what do I do when they go back to school in the fall? If I stayed home, would they be happy with me or would they resent me and my "boring Mom" lifestyle? Seriously, this afternoon I went to meet with a lovely woman who would be able to watch the girls starting next week. We were there for all of 20 minutes, and when I got girls in the car and asked them if they would rather go to the babysitter while I went to work or if they wanted me to stay home with them, one of them who shall remain anonymous stated, with much enthisiasm, "The babysitter!" Oh, drive a dagger into my heart right now to end the pain. Was it a sign that I am not doing enough for them to drive them away to the stranger they met 5 whole minutes ago?! Aaaahhhhh! It's enough to almost make a girl wanna go eat some Ben & Jerry's- WHAT? You think I keep this girlish figure by sticking to a diet!

Okay, okay, all jokes aside, when I think of staying home with the girls it just seems right. I swear I was a happier version of myself when I did the whole "Stay at home" thing, but I better ask Russ about that when we discuss this whole thing tonight huh?! For my friends out there who will actualy read this rambling pyschobabble, I would so appreciate any and all advice, thoughts, etc. because my thoughts are utterly out of control at this moment. I will leave you now to take my children outside so I can attempt to make them enjoy my presence.

Our 10 Year Anniversary!

What a day! It started with Haileigh waking us up to a breakfast she had prepared all by herself...cocoa puffs with glasses of water waiting for us at the kitchen table, what a sweetheart! With the girls at a friends house after school, we were treated by Morgan and her friend Toni to a couples massage. It was sooooo wonderful, but I think I talked too much. Love you honey! Thanks Morgan! Then I gave him his gift, a Date Night Basket, and we went to dinner at Ruby River where the nice server gave us complimentary cheese fries and cheesecake-guess they were trying to get rid of everything "ChEeSY" ah ha ha ha:-) Anyhoo, we then went to the movie, "Knowing" with Nicholas cage. It was so good! And we finally picked up our sweet girls and crashed. What a wonderful way to start the next ten years of our life. I love you babe!

Hey all! So this is my first actual blurb on my blog so forgive if I ramble but I just need to get some stuff off my chest. I had the opportunity to hang out with my cute sisters this weekend and we shopped till we absolutely dropped! I love you girls;-0

Anyhoo, in my attempts to find things that "fit", it become apparent as I stared at myself in the mirrors that my real self is trapped in there somewhere and she is ScReaMinG to get out! I thought about taking some diet pill but I just can't find the courage to do it so I am going all natural and this is my goodbye entry. Goodbye to feeling tired and whiny and insecure, because I am a beautiful person and I REFUSE to tear myself down anymore. If you are reading this you are my friend or a loved one who has endured my complaints about the JiggLeS for too long and I am asking for your support for the next 13 weeks for the new, improved, ME!

Lets all have a moment of silence for Big Dee. May she rest peacefully and never be seen again:-D

We would like to say a big "Thank You" to all of you who attended Taylor's birthday party at Fat Cats. I must say, it was a little crazy but I consider it a huge success simply because we did not lose any kiddos! We love all of you and appreciate you coming-even though I know for some of you it was hard to get away. Taylor said lastnight it was, "...the best party ever!"
